Well another Halloween has come and gone. We totally lucked out this year with the weather! It stayed up above 40 while the kids were trick or treating. There were lots of kids out this year and I'm sure the weather had something to do with it. It's been the nicest Halloween since we've moved here. Our neighborhood has an annual Halloween parade led by a Richland city fire truck and ambulance with lights flashing and everything. The kids loved walking around the block showing off their costumes. With daylight savings being pushed back a weekend, it stayed light as well, which was so nice! After the parade, there's a hot dog feed, so the kids ate a bit there and then came home for some more before heading out to hit the neighborhood. Christopher went around with them and Sadie and I passed out candy. She absolutely loved every time the doorbell rang. So funny. After about an hour of trick or treating around the neighborhood, I took the boys around to some of their friends' houses. We ended the night at some friends for some donuts and hot chocolate and then home to sort and bag the candy. Combined our kids brought home 6.2 pounds of candy. How about yours?

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
